+ P&L Ownership for West and Canada Sub-regions working with RGMs and Commercial Leaders to drive growth
+ Lead the Weekly Pulse, Monthly SRO and Annual planning process
+ Own the monthly close process, providing forecast inputs to NAM BAP Leader & CFO
+ Provide accurate and timely analytics, reports, and insightful observations to managers and executives to increase operational performance across cost management and margin improvement
+ Prepare presentations for management reviews including MBRs, Weekly Pulses, and Monthly close reports.
+ Support Contract Portfolio growth initiatives, managing complex accounting and working with controllership
+ Work closely with program management to increase visibility around utilization, billability, overtime and absorption to unlock financial gains
+ Drive operational rigor working closely with functional owners on renewals and cancellations, billings, and invoicing to limit/eliminate monthly accruals
