Position Overview
Job Responsibilities: 1) Managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations. 2) Producing timely and reliable monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow report. 3) Prepare Journals, Reconciliation Reports, Accounting Analysis report to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions. 4) Monitor forecasting accuracy, develop measurable indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variances. 5) Maintain company fixed assets ledger and record monthly depreciation entries if any. 6) Contribute to tax and statutory compliance effort (such as withholding tax, service tax, corporate tax matters) and support internal & external audit. 7) Collaborating with other departments and business units to understand their financial needs and provide support. 8) Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of the financial processes and systems; ...
