Pre & Post Promo Evaluation, Develop business case for new business/ new brand.
Marketing resource allocation between brands.
Control & monitor the budget spend of each budget holder. Ensure weekly cost control is circulated, and manage the administration of marketing costs through the marketing investment system (MARS)
Participate in Quarterly & Annual Budget Planning.
