Job Description
· Preparation of detailed monthly savings files in line with Open Book Contract terms.· Reconciling and Validation of information and Trust data, to calculate and analysis potential savings and challenge back any anomalies· Support in the resolution of supplier queries and supplier data and management fee billing· Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and be finance lead· Approval of sales invoices and credit notes· Closing monthly accounts ensuring sales and costs are accurately and appropriately recognised· Preparation of Monthly Business Review/ Commercial Strategies for internal and external us...
