Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and J&J Credo guidelines.
• Maintain operational excellence in the GSF Accounting process area.
• Execute accounting and daily operations for GSF Accounting.
• Close financial periods in accordance with the closing calendar and service level agreements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals reported within the process/entity scope.
• Drive expertise, ensuring the team is fully knowledgeable of worldwide procedures and compliance requirements.
• Lead the Accounting team (up to 25 associates); operational lead with no direct reporting lines.
