Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Interpret and apply new brand guidelines across all design deliverables
- Redesign existing collateral and create scalable templates and design systems
- Develop campaign visuals for ATL, BTL, digital, social, print, and OOH
- Produce assets for web banners, emails, landing pages, and mobile formats
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, UX and agency partners for cohesive storytelling
- Maintain version control, file hygiene, and documentation of updated assets
- Plan and prioritize rebranding phases with the Creative Director
- Refresh signage and environmental graphics for branches and offices
- Conduct visual audits, retire outdated materials, and maintain the brand asset library
- Coach junior designers and guide cross-functional teams on brand usage
Ideal Profile - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
