The Senior Field Marketing Specialist is a key role within our regional marketing team and reports into the Head of MEA Marketing and Communications and will be in our regional office in Dubai. The Marketing Specialist is partially strategic and operational role and will be supporting and executing our Lead generation, marketing,, and event strategy for our Smart Building technologies and solutions across Middle East and Africa.

Execution with Business Impact

• Plan, localize, and execute multi‑channel demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline conversion.
• Build and manage campaign calendars, aligning closely with sales leaders to ensure marketing programs support business priorities.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with the Regional Head of Marketing to implement strategic initiatives and adapt and execute them for Middle East & Africa.
