Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and scientific support lead for the Envision™ computer vision and ML/AI platform.
• Drive user adoption and independence through onboarding training, experimental design consultation, and data analysis support.
• Coordinate and conduct on-site customer visits to ensure successful product implementation and hands‑on training.
• Provide expert‑level technical troubleshooting for software products and contract services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide voice of customer feedback for future product enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Engineering, or a related field.
