Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally
- Support training scheduling and performance management of F&B colleagues
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory control, cost management and operational reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of service standards, hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
