Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent qualifications with at least 2‑5 years’ experience in an operational environment; preferably agriculture. Additional courses in business management or administration are recommended. A valid driver’s license and computer literacy are required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, management, financial, and human resources skills. Knowledge of infrastructure inspection and willingness to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Good communication skills and willingness to work overtime as needed.
DutiesPlan and analyze existing operations—crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents—and recommend improvements.
