Facility Engineer

As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and readiness of facility infrastructure supporting satellite manufacturing, assembly, integration, and environmental testing. The role focuses on hands‑on execution, coordination, and technical problem solving, ensuring facilities and test environments are safe, compliant, and reliably available to meet satellite program requirements.

Facility Operations & Maintenance (Core Accountability)

• Execute and coordinate daily facility operations, including power and utilities, HVAC and thermal systems, as well as mechanical and building services.
• Implement and follow established preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
