Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Manage daily building repair works, implementation of preventive and corrective programmes. Monitor job performance and feedback. Prepare service contract, invitation of quotes and cost comparison. Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements. Manage A&A and projects works. Able to conduct facilities management site audit and submit audit report. Requirements:
Good communication, technical, contractual, regulatory and administrative skills, report writing and oral presentation skills. Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related discipline from a recognized tertiary institute. At least 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and supervisory portfolios. Able to lead independently the team of Facilities Management and properties at site with minimum supervision. Proactive and independent.
