Our client in Cabo delgado is looking for a Senior Exploration Geologist to join their team within the Mining Sector.
Responsibilities
Ensure both personal and team adherence to HSE standards, policies, and proceduresOversee and ensure the safe execution of geological fieldwork, including mapping, sampling, drilling, and XRF analysis.Conduct detailed logging, sampling, and photographic recording of drill coresMaintain accurate physical and digital geological records, including drill logs and core images.Monitor Exploration Process Plant (EPP) and weighbridge operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.Utilize geological software for data management and resource modelling.Support the development of junior geologists through mentoring and training.
