Department 54A2 “Company Pension” is the strategic partner for occupational pensions and lifetime working accounts within DHL Group. It defines the principles of occupational pension schemes (bAV) in the German group companies and oversees compliance with global guidelines. In addition, the department manages cross‑functional offerings and initiatives that support work‑life balance.
