Senior Expert CRB Programme Development

Save the Children Switzerland is looking for a senior programme professional with strong technical and operational expertise in child rights, child protection, child labour, and responsible business programming to lead and strengthen programme delivery across cocoa, coffee, and other agricultural supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multi-country programmes on child labour prevention, remediation, and community-based child protection.
• Strengthen programme quality through technical guidance, monitoring, risk management, and capacity building.
• Contribute to programme design, proposal development, and strategic partnerships with institutional and corporate donors.
• Integrate learning, evidence and best practices across the programmes portfolio.
• Undertake regular field visits in programme countries.
