Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and delivery of soft skills training programmes to enhance employee capabilities and service excellence.
- Track, analyze, and report service-related KPIs, collaborate with departments to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.
- Plan and execute service initiatives and employee engagement activities that foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Execute award submissions and recognition programs, including supporting actions that reinforce and embed the organization’s service culture.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Development or relevant field with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
