Job Responsibilities:
Formulate, execute and track sourcing strategies to support categories like Facility Mechanical and Electrical systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical switchgears etc), Utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity), Waste Treatment and Indirect materials (Chemical, Gases, Fuel, Lubricants etc) Management of repair and maintenance cost, category spend/contracts (Operational Expenditure, OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) to ensure operating with optimal cost/ within budget. Managing of projects relating to cost reduction, productivity improvement and towards sustainability (Green) eg Energy savings machines/equipment, Solar, Power Purchase Agreement-PPA, Renewable Energy Certificates, Carbon Credits etc. Liaise closely with internal and external business units to meet operations requirements.
