Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Corporate Learning Centre Department in SIA Human Resources Division. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing holistic and targeted programmes/initiatives to strengthen leadership competencies, and reinforcing pipeline of leaders at the enterprise and business levels.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for design of an integrated leadership and people development (LPD) curriculum and ensure it is relevant and aligned with organizational leadership strategy and developments. The curriculum also serves as a learning roadmap to inform staff of suitable training through career passages and milestones; and provide relevant training for step-up competencies to equip staff for current and next level of roles and responsibilities.
