Senior Executive, Technical, Training & Warranty
Supports workshop operations by providing technical expertise, conducting training programmes, and ensuring warranty compliance across multiple automotive franchises. Works closely with internal teams, dealer networks, and vehicle principals to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct technical, product, and warranty training for technicians, service advisors, and dealer networks.
- Deliver basic soft‑skills, product, warranty, and technical training for service advisors / frontliner staff across internal operations and dealer networks.
- Provide second‑level technical diagnostics and troubleshooting support to workshops, resolving complex issues and minimizing downtime.
- Act as a technical liaison to shop‑floor operations, including conducting or coordinating test drives to validate customer concerns.
