Job Description Job Title: Sr. Executive – Training Job Purpose: To empower the Redington workforce with latest and best-in-class learning and creating a culture of continuous learning through trainings interventions, e-learning and OD interventions to ensure optimum individual performance aligning with the organizational goals. Job Responsibilities: 1. Training Operations: a. Training Needs identification and analysis (TNI/A) in collaboration with HRBP/CP & SBU’s.b. Own the Monthly training calendar basis TNI/A, competency gaps, special training needs, Mandatory trainings as per company requirement with help of ITC. E.g: SAP, Sales Process training, etc.c. End to end training program management including propagation, nominations, attendance & feedback.d.
