The Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for retail store operations. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while partnering closely with Hiring Managers to support business manpower needs. The incumbent will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure recruitment practices comply with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for retail store positions (e.g. Pharmacists, Sales Assistants, Cashiers, and Store Supervisors) through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, walk-ins, and career fairs.
• Conduct resume screening, phone screenings, and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers - Store Managers, and Area Managers.
