Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day departmental operations and administrative functions
- Analyse workflows and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
- Prepare management reports, data analysis, and business updates
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Handle escalations, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
- Assist Management in planning, budgeting, and operational strategies
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance where required
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documentation professionally
- Participate in projects, audits, and company-wide initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience
