KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will provide administrative and operational support for
medical student postings
from NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSoM). In addition, the incumbent will oversee medical student electives and other student attachments into NHGP.
NHGP Education Office Together with NHG Education Office and NHGP Finance, assist in the collation and submission of the annual MOH audit report and the reporting of Pre-Employment Clinical Training (PECT) funding utilization Support the teaching recognition process for the medical undergraduate teaching faculty Support the planning and implementation of Pre-Professional Education initiatives in NHGP
Medical Student Postings (YLLSoM) Main liaison for the YLLSoM medical student postings – work with both YLLSoM and NHGP medical undergraduate teaching faculty Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for the YLLSoM medical students' postings – pre-, during, and post-posting inclusive.
