Your new role

As Senior Executive Search Advisor, you will act as the strategic advisor to senior leaders, within your assigned organisation. You will combine deep business understanding, market insight and rigorous executive assessment to help leaders make confident, future-focused decisions. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, leadership assessment and succession planning, ensuring we attract and select leaders with the capability, mindset and values to deliver lasting change for long-term health.
