Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to ensure smooth coordination of corporate reporting, sales order processing, client servicing and general sales administration.
Prepare and maintain corporate sales reports, performance tracking and business summaries for management review.
Process sales orders, quotations, confirmations, invoices and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments on booking arrangements, ticketing, billing, and operational requirements.
Support administrative functions including filing, documentation management, contract administration and data updates.
Handle simple sales enquiries from corporate clients, agents and business partners via email or phone.
Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of operational or administrative matters.
