Health & Safety Compliance • Assist in implementing and monitoring the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and programmes. • Ensure compliance with relevant occupational safety and health legislation, regulations, and codes of practice (e.g. OSHA 1994, subsidiary regulations). • Conduct routine workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. • Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on closure. 2. Risk Assessment & Incident Management • Assist in conducting Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare investigation reports and recommend preventive measures. • Maintain accident and incident records, statistics, and reports for management and regulatory submission (if required). 3.
