Role & Responsibilities Workplan and demand management Facilitate the IT workplan and ad hoc demand management process by organising the timeline and communications, collecting requests, conducting prioritisation and preparing presentation materials for management forum Develop and maintain dashboards for monthly budget utilization reviews with department leadership Provide secretariat support for the biweekly IT Risk and Operations Committee meetings
