Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate seamless operations of Academy courses through catering, logistical and administrative support.
- Support the management and deployment of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners.
- Manage both face‑to‑face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.
- Support programmes that are conducted outside normal office hours as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Service‑oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
