Lead end-to-end delivery of innovation and system enhancement projects — from ideation through go-live — ensuring scope, quality, and committed timelines are met across concurrent initiatives.Translate business requirements into structured specifications and collaborate with IT and vendors to design, implement, and validate scalable digital solutions.Own and maintain a central execution tracker, risk register, and project documentation as the single source of truth across all initiatives.Conduct data analysis, define KPIs, and monitor performance metrics to surface improvement opportunities and inform prioritisation decisions.Design and enforce standardised intake processes and SOPs for system enhancements and issue management, including lead times and escalation protocols.Prepare and distribute structured stakeholder updates — weekly status reports, newsletters, and ri...
