Job Description

Logistics and Delivery Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for devices, equipment, accessories, and materials.
• Arrange local and overseas deliveries, courier services, and transport schedules to meet project and operational timelines.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.

Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all operational stock, devices, spare parts, consumables, and accessories.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, tracking, and handling of all inventory items.
