Job Description
Logistics and Delivery Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for devices, equipment, accessories, and materials.
- Arrange local and overseas deliveries, courier services, and transport schedules to meet project and operational timelines.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all operational stock, devices, spare parts, consumables, and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, tracking, and handling of all inventory items.
