Conduct market research, and locate and identify prospective tenants.
Prepare contracts and negotiate deals with prospective tenants.
Prepare leasing documentation and ensure prospective tenants comply with all terms and conditions; manage amending, assigning, and termination agreements.
Liaise with tenants, consultants, and Mall Management on submission of retail outlet plans and approvals.
Prepare and safekeep tenancy contracts, obtaining necessary signatories and stamps.
Maintain an up‑to‑date database of tenants’ contact details and tenancy schedules.
Prepare and raise E‑memo for new tenancies/renewal, change of trade and trade name for management approval.
Prepare LO and collect deposit payments on all new tenancies.
Take on other duties as assigned from time to time.
