Handle enquiries, investigations, and cases related to employee disciplinary matters, staff grievances, and workplace counselling.
Assist the HR Manager in implementing effective disciplinary policies and procedures, including the issuance of disciplinary letters and appropriate actions for misconduct cases.
Conduct investigations and manage Domestic Inquiry (DI) processes in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
Ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of disciplinary and grievance cases.
Maintain compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorβs Degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
