Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, Group Human Resource, you are required to perform the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions.
Responsibilities The job functions include but not limited to : - Recruitment and Selection New staff Orientation Welfare and Benefits Administration Payroll Processing Employee Relations Performance Management Training and Development
Requirements Degree / Diploma in Human Resource / Business or its other equivalent Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in HR profession Someone who has performed HR generalist roles would be most ideal, must be strong in Recruitment & Selection role. Have good communication and writing skills. Meticulous and possesses great initiative. Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to start within short notice would be highly advantageous. Candidates with more years of good and relevant HR experience may be considered for Assistant Manager role.
