Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities, with a primary focus on high-volume retail hiring across assigned regions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to support manpower planning, talent sourcing, recruitment execution, and employer branding initiatives while ensuring recruitment targets are achieved within timeline and quality expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Retail Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Retail Sales Operations across assigned regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies with quality candidates in line with business needs and hiring timelines.
