Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior/Executive, Human Resources (Training & Development) to support the organisation’s people development and learning culture efforts. This role will be responsible for training and development initiatives, and workplace shaping.
Working days: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Labrador Park MRT

Key Responsibilities Training & Development - Coordinate and administer training programmes and matrix including mandatory training, and developmental courses.
- Facilitate training and development programs to support team growth and leadership capability
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external trainers, and training providers to schedule and manage training activities.
