Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, including payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and compliance coordination. The role requires strong execution skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with high accuracy
- Collect, validate, and share payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements) with the payroll team
