Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee manpower planning and administration through RISE, including approvals, budget checks, expenditure monitoring, and reporting.
- Lead finance functions and timely reporting.
- Act as the point of contact for finance and operational matters with research teams, institutional offices, and external partners.
- Oversee planning and execution of events, meetings, visits and institute-wide activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related discipline.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in project administration and programme coordination.
- Experience in higher education, research administration, or public‑sector programmes preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
