Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Performance Management system, global guidelines, and handling technical inquiries from the region or staff members
- Provide proactive support in overseeing performance management projects, encompassing coordination, implementation, and subsequent evaluation of results
- Partner with regional teams to provide comprehensive support in implementing Global HR projects, fostering alignment and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate closely with the system support team to manage employee inquiries and execute functional improvements for the performance management platform
- Provide support and contribute to various ONE Academy initiatives, ensuring consistency with established objectives
- Participate in any ad-hoc projects and provide support as required
