Responsibilities

• Ensure daily meals summaries and patient menu chits are generated from the electronic meal ordering system (EMOS).
• Oversee food dishing and tray assembly activities by Food & Beverage Assistants, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate event catering deliveries according to instructions from event organizers.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and local regulatory requirements (MUIS, ISO 22000, MOH, WSH) among all staff.
