Create and maintain the department's task list Create and upkeep the department's payment checklist Providing strategic insight and knowledge in preparing feasibility studies on any new / expansion program of the Premium Outlets Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning Use financial modelling to predict outcomes Keeping up-to-date record on the Premium Outlets performance and debt services Plan, organise, manage the details and invite all the required participants to meeting called by the HOD Follow up on the to-do-list after each formal meeting Coordinate with service providers / consultants on all the required documents / agreements before official appointment Coordinate with service providers / consultants on market research, construction related reports and / or any reports required by HOD Travel domestically and in...
