Job Description

To trace and monitor contacts of infected individuals and provide information and guidance to reduce spread.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate contact tracing efforts with the relevant parties and complete the case investigation in a timely manner.
2. Conduct interviews in a professional and empathetic manner to trace those in close contact with the diagnosed case and to determine the exposure.
3. Ensure timely and accurate recording of information of contacts and actions based on operational guidelines and procedures.
4. Provide information on isolation and quarantine procedures based on protocols and procedures.
5. Monitor the symptoms of those who are put on isolation or quarantine order and the health status of those who are put on health monitoring;
6. Collaborate with regulatory bodies in supporting the isolation and quarantine of staff.
