About Infrastructure Planning Authority Group (IPAG). IPAG aims to drive a coordinated approach through partnerships and to advocate best practices and innovative solutions towards optimised use of space and reap synergies for infrastructure planning in Singapore. Besides this, IPAG is also responsible for coordinating the process for master planning of major network infrastructure across the Infrastructure & Environment (I&E) sector and for appointing Lead Implementing Agencies to coordinate the planning and implementation of multi‑agency infrastructure projects.
