Job Description
You will support the department’s expansion of formal education qualification work and establish framework for oversight of all formal education collaboration and partnerships between institutes of higher learning (IHLs) and internal stakeholders.
You will work with IHLs to understand learning needs and teaching deliverables within the academic context and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to determine course feasibility and scope curriculum and assessment frameworks based on healthcare needs and qualification standards.
You will provide administrative support to guide internal stakeholders on costing standards, contractual agreements, focus group coordination and programme refinements entailing teaching methodologies, assessment structures, evaluation frameworks and other administrative requirements necessary for course development and inception.
