Role Overview
The employee will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product content lifecycle on the Babyshop website. This role ensures that all products go live with accurate, complete, and high-quality content, while coordinating across buying, marketing, web, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced retail eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Content Management
- Own the end-to-end process of onboarding products to the websiteβfrom sample ordering to final content upload.
- Ensure accurate collation, validation, and completeness of all product content (attributes, descriptions, images).
- Partner with the buying team and eCommerce manager to ensure the timely launch of in-store and online-exclusive products.
