The Senior Executive, Clinic Operations supports the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the polyclinic. He/She assists in project management, operational coordination, process and system improvement initiatives, workflow reviews, and the development of SOPs and operational documents.

The role will be involved in new system implementations, including requirements gathering, user coordination, training delivery, train-the-trainer support, post-implementation evaluation, and ongoing monitoring. He/She will also perform secretariat duties, including coordinating meetings, and tracking follow-up actions. The Senior Executive works closely with clinic teams and stakeholders to monitor service indicators, support operations reviews, manage patient feedback, ensure timely resolution of operational issues, provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
