Responsible in supporting RMOs by addressing gaps on non-compliance and internal control (including non-adherence to the set of operations guidelines) as well as assisting in performing the self-assessment/BHCL checks within the Region.
Functional
Assist the RMO in accessing the operational risk management oversight on branch control & compliance (BHCL), i.e. 1) Internal policies and procedure 2) Statutory & regulatory requirements in relation to BNM/ABM rules, AMLA, BAFIA;Highlight non-compliance on other operational directive to RMOPerform relief functions as and when required.Assist RMO to drive deposit and cross selling jointly with the BM/CSOM and Head Office.Assist RMO in administration functions, i.e. compilation of reports, and data, co-ordinate training session, open houses etc.Managerial
