Role & Responsibilities:
Manage athlete onboarding, coordination, and long-term relationships with athletes.
Identify and onboard athletes, coaches, sports creators, clubs, academies, and sports communities.
Strong understanding of the nutrition, hydration, and sports supplementation space, especially in relation to athlete performance, endurance, recovery, and active lifestyle needs.
Should be able to communicate, brief, and execute athlete and sports team content in line with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, product positioning, and approved messaging.
Build partnerships with sports associations, federations, event organizers, gyms, and fitness communities.
Plan and execute sports marketing campaigns, race activations, tournaments, sampling drives, and community events.
Coordinate athlete deliverables including content, testimonials, reels, posts, event presence, and product usage.
