Senior Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Mission
The International Organization for Migration in Mexico City is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the Deputy Chief of Mission.
Key responsibilities include:
Organising meetings, travel, and agendas for the Deputy Chief of Mission.
Preparing reports, briefing notes and presentations.
Liaising with other offices and partner organisations.
Managing confidential information and priority matters.
Required qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma.
Minimum five years of experience in administration.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage confidential information.
