Your role as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Clinical Services encompasses programme management, coordination with stakeholders, supervision of staff under your charge (if applicable), support for the services within the polyclinics, and collaborations with external stakeholders. You are expected to work closely with stakeholders, including clinicians, to provide administrative support for programme(s)/project(s), follow up closely on key performance indicators, collate data and statistics, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that workflows and processes are in place. You will also be involved in user acceptance tests, audits, clinical tracers, onβsite support as and when required by the department.
