Responsibilities - Support the implementation, adoption, and compliance of operational systems across Service Operations Centres (SOCs).
- Conduct workflow observations, system utilisation audits, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
- Assist with system enhancements, pilot projects, and rollout initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs, job aids, and user guides to support operational excellence and standardisation.
- Gather user feedback, track issues, and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational matters.
